Your Greenwich adventure begins at the pier, where your local guide will be waiting to lead you through a captivating journey of history and culinary delights. Kick off your exploration at the vibrant Greenwich Market, where you’ll have time to browse artisan crafts and indulge in a tasting of delectable chocolates. From there, a scenic stroll through picturesque Greenwich Park will take you to the historic Royal Observatory. Here, you’ll stand on the iconic Prime Meridian Line, the very point that divides East and West, learning about its profound influence on our understanding of time and space. Don’t forget to capture breathtaking panoramic views of London’s sprawling cityscape from this vantage point.

Continue your immersive experience at the National Maritime Museum, recently revamped and home to significant artifacts, including Admiral Lord Nelson’s uniform from the Battle of Trafalgar. Next, marvel at the elegant Queen’s House, England’s first classical-style building, and encounter the formidable Armada portrait of Queen Elizabeth I. After soaking in the history, unwind at a charming historic pub on the banks of the River Thames, enjoying a half pint of local beer or cider. Then, step into the grandeur of the Old Royal Naval College, a site frequented by movie stars and royalty, where you can imagine the echoes of British monarchs and naval heroes.

The tour culminates with a visit to the legendary Cutty Sark, the last surviving tea clipper, a true icon of maritime history. Learn about its thrilling voyages transporting precious tea from China to Britain. To top off your Greenwich adventure, enjoy a delightful British cream tea experience right beneath the hull of the Cutty Sark. Savour a freshly baked scone with clotted cream and jam, paired with fragrant tea, in this uniquely evocative setting, a perfect and delicious end to an excursion where history and food beautifully intertwine.
