On market days, visit the colourful, bustling food market, the Marché Forville, and be blown away by the aromas of herbs, spices, flowers and cheeses. Learn to shop like the French do, tasting and picking out the freshest of the seasonal organic produce on sale, including glistening tomatoes and soft, ripe apricots.
